BearTekGloves.com website and related services are made available to you pursuant to the following Terms of Use & Service and any other rules posted on our Sites (collectively, the “terms”). By visiting BearTekGloves.com you are accepting and consenting to the practices described in the terms.

We may modify the terms from time to time, and your continued use of this Site (or any of our other Sites) following such change shall signify your agreement to be bound by the modified terms. For those persons wishing to use our services, they must read and agree to be bound by our policies relating to those services. In particular, we draw your attention to our policies relating to the terms of purchase. Please read the terms and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the terms, then you must immediately stop using the Site.

Registration: To use some of the services or features made available to you on this Site, you will need to register. We may change registration requirements from time to time. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.

Eligibility to Purchase: The purchase of merchandise through BearTek™ Gloves.com is strictly limited to parties who can lawfully enter into and form contracts on the Site in accordance with the laws of the United States of America. In order to make purchases through the Site, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. In particular, Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide payment details and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.

The Site is available only to individuals and others who meet the Blue Infusion Technologies LLC terms of eligibility, who have been issued a valid credit card by a bank acceptable to Blue Infusion Technologies LLC, whose applications are acceptable to Blue Infusion Technologies LLC and who have authorized Blue Infusion Technologies LLC to process a charge or charges on their credit card in the amount of the total purchase price for the merchandise which they purchase. Purchases made on the site are for the personal or gift use of the buyer only and are not to be used for re-sale, commercial purposes or any other commercial benefit. Blue Infusion Technologies LLC reserves the right to restrict multiple quantities of an item being shipped to any one customer or postal address.

Moreover, by making an offer to purchase merchandise, you expressly authorize us to perform credit checks and, where Blue Infusion Technologies LLC feels necessary, to transmit or to obtain information (including any updated information) about you to or from third parties from time to time, including but not limited to your credit-card number or credit reports (including credit reports for your spouse), to authenticate your identity, to validate your credit card, to obtain an initial credit card approval and to authorize individual purchase transactions.

Orders: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. BearTekGloves.com offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally, however, we may be waiting for shipments from our designer suppliers. Consequently you may from time to time be given the possibility of making an Advance Payment for certain items in which case you are able to make an Advance Purchase. This will ensure that you receive this item in priority once designer stock has been delivered. Blue Infusion Technologies LLC will only take Advance Purchase orders for stock that has been scheduled for delivery by a supplier. Your rights regarding Advance Purchases are the same as those for any other purchase at BearTekGloves.com; alternatively you may simply choose to register your email address for notification of arrival of the selected merchandise not held in stock.

Items received into stock may be pre-allocated to satisfy Advance Payment orders and customers making Advance Payments will receive items in priority to customers on the Waiting List or to customers ordering through the Site for immediate delivery. Please be aware that we may be unable to deliver selected Advance Payment merchandise due to production problems or quality check issues identified when we receive an order into stock. In these circumstances we will notify you by email and refund the Advance Payment to your credit card within thirty days of being advised that merchandise has become unavailable.

If you have registered your email address for notification of the arrival of a specific product featured on our website, we will attempt to notify you by email within 48 hours of the product becoming available on the site. Please note that on occasion certain products that are in particularly high demand will sell out during this period.

Prices shown on the site are in US Dollars and will be subject to all applicable taxes. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The US Dollar price of a product displayed on the website at the time the order is accepted will be honored. If you are buying from outside the US, you will also incur shipping costs and any duties levied by the jurisdiction to which you have specified delivery. The final price for overseas customers will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your credit card company processes the transaction.

Order Acknowledgement: Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order.

Unless you cancel your order, acceptance of your order and completion of the contract between you and Blue Infusion Technologies will be perfected when we dispatch the goods to you. The sale contract is therefore concluded in Dallas, TX USA and the language of the contract is English.

We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set-out above.

We may refuse to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the Site; or refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Payment: Payment can be made by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover cards. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon receipt of your order by Blue Infusion Technologies LLC. You confirm that the credit card that is being used is yours. All credit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Blue Infusion Technologies LLC, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Insurance: Blue Infusion Technologies LLC insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. You will be asked to sign for any goods delivered at which point responsibility for your purchased goods passes to you.

No Commercial Use: You may not use this Site, or any of its Content, to further any commercial purpose, including any advertising or advertising revenue generation activity on your own Site.

Your Activity: You use this Site at your sole risk. You agree that you will be personally responsible for your use of this Site and for all of your communication and activity on this Site.

Returns & Warranty Policy

Our return policy is intended to create deliriously happy customers – simple & easy:

Warranty: BearTek™ Gloves and associate Bluetooth Moduleare warrantied for manufacturer defects for 1 year from point of order. This device is intended for outdoor use, but issues such as rips, tears, scratches, battered components, forcefully opened components, etc. are not covered by the terms of this warranty. Electronic components have received basic waterproofing and shielding, but damage from water/moisture are not covered. Oh yeah, and we don’t cover loss of items either.
Contact customer service at: (+1) 888-892-4543 by phone or via email at support(at)BearTekGloves(dot)com with any technical/use questions. If question can’t be resolved over phone/email, the customer will be issued return authorization/instructions.
- Shipping costs are at the cost of the customer.However, you will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt, or the wrong item was shipped. Please include the shipping receipt in your return package to ensure proper credit.

Replacements for defective product will be provided during warranty terms with like product.We only say “like product” because the exact model may no longer be in stock or “like new” refurbished product may be provided.
In the spirit of Creating Deliriously Happy Customers – defective product replacements will be issued with an apology letter and a special thank you gift of our choosing.
Obviously we will take care of the cost of shipping product back to customer for replacements. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged or defective upon receipt. Please include the shipping receipt in your return package to ensure proper credit.
Product will be shipped out within 7 days of return receipt of original product.

Replacements for non-defective product (including improper shipments) will be offered within 30 days from original order. Shipping costs to/from manufacturer will be at the cost of the customer. You will be credited for shipping if the product was damaged, defective, or improper upon receipt. Please include the shipping receipt in your return package to ensure proper credit.
Full refund may be requested within the first 30 days for defective or unused product. Refunds will be issued in the same form originally paid, and will be issued within 7 days of product receipt in order to confirm product is not used or is defective.

Shipments are made on weekdays by 4PM Central Time (USA), orders made before 3PM Central will be included in the shipment.

Associated devices: BearTek™ Gloves are intended to be used in conjunction with other devices such as smartphones, music players, wired and wireless headphones or helmets. Blue Infusion Technologies makes no claim to the use, effectiveness, safety or compliance of associated devices. User should be in complete compliance with the associated device’s instructions, warnings, and disclaimers.

Distraction: Using BearTek™ Gloves may, in some circumstances, distract you resulting in a dangerous situation leading to injury to you, or to others around you. Completely familiarize yourself with the functions of BI™ Gloves before use. Observe rules that prohibit or restrict the use of mobile phones or ear pieces (for example, avoid texting while driving a car or using a cell phone while riding a motorcycle where prohibited by local laws).

High adventure activities: This device is not intended for use where the failure of the device could lead to death, personal injury, or severe environmental damage.This device is also not intended for use during activities where distractions, as listed above, could be a danger to your personal safety.

Volume control hazards: Failure to properly control the volume of your device could result in the inability to hear activity which could cause you harm, such as oncoming traffic, warning tones or announcements, or directions by safety officials.Use is also discouraged in high adventure activities where hearing voice or environmental sounds is critical to your safety. (Such as while skiing in high avalanche areas, mountain climbing where belay communications are required, hiking in areas with dangerous animals, etc.)Additionally, loud noise or music can cause ear damage. Continuous background noise, as well as exposure to high volume levels, can cause permanent damage to your hearing. Check the volume before inserting anything in your ear.

Radio signals: Observe signs and notices that prohibit or restrict the use of mobile phones (for example, in fueling, blasting or aviation areas). Although BearTek™ Gloves are designed, tested, and manufactured to comply with regulations governing radio frequency emissions, such emissions from the BearTek™ Gloves transmitter can negatively affect the operation of other electronics, causing them to malfunction. Turn off the BearTek™ Gloves transmitter when use is prohibited, such as when asked to do so by authorities.Always consult with the medical equipment’s manufacturer or an expert regarding device or phone use near any medical equipment.

Medical devices: Transmissions from either from the BearTek™ Gloves transmitter may interfere with pacemakers, defibrillators or other medical devices. Prior to use of your BearTek™ Gloves, if you wear a pacemaker or other medical electronic device, consult with your health-care provider about the use of such electronic devices and their potential effects on your pacemaker or other medical device. Maintain at least 6 inches (approximately 15 cm) of separation between your pacemaker and BearTek™ Gloves transmitter. If you suspect that the BearTek™ Gloves transmitter is interfering with your pacemaker, defibrillator, or any other medical device,stop using your BearTek™ Gloves transmitter IMMEDIATELY and consult your physician for information specific to your medical device.

Explosive atmosphere: Do not charge or use your BearTek™ Gloves in any area with a potentially explosive atmosphere, such as at a gas station, fueling area, or in areas where the air contains chemicals or particles (such as grain, dust, or metal powders). Do not insert or remove the device battery in such areas. Obey all posted signs and instructions.

Choking hazard: Some BearTek™ Gloves accessories may present a choking hazard to small children. Keep the Gloves, the transmitter and these accessories away from small children.

Care and Safety Precautions

Do not submerge your BearTek™ Gloves in water, as electronic components are included in the glove

BearTek™ Gloves may get wet (even in rain), but should be properly air dried immediately after use (do not put in oven or use other heated drying mechanism).

Keep your BearTek™ Gloves and accessories out of the reach of children and pets.

Maintain your BearTek™ Gloves in dry conditions and keep within normal operating temperatures. BearTek™ Gloves may be damaged at temperatures higher than 55°C/131°F or lower than -20°C/-4°F.

Do not dry your BearTek™ Gloves in a microwave oven. Sparks may occur and cause an explosion or fire.

Do not use or store your BearTek™ Gloves in dusty, dirty areas.

Do not disassemble your BearTek™ Gloves module.

Do not drop or cause severe impact to your BearTek™ Gloves.

Do not clean your BearTek™ Gloves with cleaning solvents or detergents, other than as recommended by the manufacturer.

Contact customer service immediately if your BearTek™ Gloves do not work properly.

Use only issued batteries, battery chargers and accessories. Any malfunction or damage caused by the use of unauthorized batteries, battery chargers and accessories will void the limited product warranty, and potentially cause a hazardous situation by overheating the device or other safety concerns.

Ensure that the battery and the battery charger do not come in contact with conductive objects.

For optimal performance, use cases and accessories that do not contain magnets.
